ISCN Baseline Tests

ISCN is able to offer baseline tests to all Indiana high schools for their athletes.  If your high school is participating in this program, please enter your school’s code in the box below.

Individual Baseline Tests

If your high school is NOT participating in the ISCN baseline program or you are not participating in an IHSAA sanctioned sport, you can still take a baseline test by purchasing the test through PayPal.
